All shared areas, including in and around the cabin and the bathroom, are cleaned and disinfected. All linens, decoration, signs, utensils, plates and silverware, etc. are washed, sanitized and disinfected after each use. Anyone participating in the set up and/or clean up are required to wear gloves and masks.
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought onto the property but we do offer packages that come with food and beverages and several wine and champagne options.
The property is in a high risk fire zone so absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed while on the property.

Yes, we do offer music through a blue tooth speaker with our packages. El Rancho is location within a gated community, therefore all noise levels should be kept at a moderate level at all times.
Any cancellation request must be received in writing through the Contact Us page at www.elranchoexperience.com AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to the event date and time. Any cancellation request within 30 days of the event date is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If it rains, you will have two options. We can offer an indoor option in our cabin which is located in the same area and offers the same views or you can reschedule for a new date and time within 30 days of your original scheduled date and time based on availability. If there is no availability within that 30 day period it will automatically be extended to an additional 30 day period until you are able to book a new date and time.
